Kentaro is a resident of New Dam City. He is friends with Eric and Jackson, and the three of them can frequently be found playing or discussing Earth Born. All three friends are very impressed with both Sam and John.
He also can be sometimes found inside the Coin Palace casino - even though he's only a child.
