Four-Eyes is a child from Potcrock Isle. He is friends with Sam, and is with the group of children that teaches her how to play Earth Born.
He's very knowledgeable about Earth Born gameplay, and also explains that beating the Demon King will unlock an option for New Game + (in Earth Born).
