Tokens are a special currency in Eastward, used at vending machines in cities to collect Pixballs. Each token exchanged awards one Pixball monster, and a corresponding Earth Born in-game item.
Tokens can be primarily found inside treasure chests.
In later game, a Token Exchange bot can be found in an alley in Wisdom Street in Ester City. He sells unlimited tokens, for 25 salt each.

Chapter 3
- If Sam gives money to a begger, she can then give money to Jackie and Jackie will give Sam 3 tokens.
- Currently an exploit in 1.1.5 version for unlimited tokens. In Chapter 3, during the circus performance quest "The troupe's in trouble!...", the chest at the top right contains 3 tokens and can be refreshed simply by using Fast Travel to Central Park over and over. It's possible to get 999 tokens in about an hour.
- After the circus performance, John can practice with Cage and Dorkus once for 3 tokens each.
